Tenant States: Leak under kitchen sink, thinks the leak is contributing to the high water bill she has been getting. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with a leak and a high water bill. Leak located under jigged sink is coming from the tubular near the right side basket strainer. High water bill is caused by a running toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom. Looked at two other toilets in the home as well and inspected for issues. Resolution: Replaced tubular fittings and washers, added in a new extension piece so the tubular nut could fasten around the drain properly. Included a new brass basket strainer nut as well. Filled sink and tested for leaks. Upstairs guest bathroom toilet is siphoning due to fill tube being shoved down into flush valve. Cut back fill tube and installed proper clip.
