The tenants claimed to have a pipe leaking in the garage and a sink that would not turn off and was leaking. Tech notes.. came out today to diagnose a leaking pipe in the main level garage and a leaking sink. While on site found the upstairs master bath sink was leaking from the drain and the cartridge had gone bad. In the garage we found the drain to have no leaks and was draining perfectly. Resolution.. rebuilt the cartridge in the upstairs master bath and replaced the pop up assembly and p trap. After tested no leaks were found. No further concerns at this time. Status.. complete No new estimates needed Notes..no visible outside clean out
