The tenants complaint is that there is a water leak in the kitchen ceiling We found that there was a constant water leak in the kitchen ceiling We cut the ceiling open in 3 places to locate the leak and found that the leak is coming from the hot line going the guest bathroom shower valve We then cut the wall in the guest bedroom wall and found pin hole leak We cut the pin hole leak out nd installed a new section of pex Tested with no issues Job completed no new estimates needed
