CUSTOMER STATED: The toilet was leaking, but was not used very often. The faucet was not turning on for the hot side of the master bath, and there was a clog/back up for the bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that this is a rounded toilet located in the hallway bathroom of the home. I found that the porcelain has cracked at the bottom of the tank, and is the source of the leak. I found that the faucet handle is broken, and the cartridge inside has most likely broken as well. I also found that there is no PRV installed in the crawl space of home, which means this home is getting full street pressure from the water meter directly into the fixtures through out the home. I let the h/o know that none of these items would be covered through warranty due to this not being normal wear/tear.
