Customer stated: Upstairs master bathroom lavatory was dripping and slow to drain. Technician notes: Upon inspection found that lavatory had a generic two handle faucet that was dripping on hot and cold side, lavatory was also slow to drain. While doing safety inspection also found that 2007 electric water heater is leaking internally and needs replaced. Car in garage could be moved for easier access if it is able to be moved. Resolution: Replaced lavatory faucet and used plunger to clear blockage in drain.
