Customer stated: has leak showing up in basement. Noticed it when she took a bath. Customer recently removed the over flow plate and didn’t put the gasket back on correctly so it leaked when she filled up the tub. Tech notes : customer did not want me to put the over flow plate back on she says she wants to put a fan on it and let it dry. Customer didn’t want me to cut any holes in ceiling or wall. And also didn’t want me to run the water in tub because she was afraid it would Flood basement.
