Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking water heater. Upon inspection found it was leaking from, the tank gave options on replacement and customer would like to move forward with work. Installed 50 gal gas power vent and brought everything up to code. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Emailed st8 form. Registered water heater. Customer is responsible for paying permit fee and scheduling inspection. Chimney 2” power exhaust 40k btu
