Arrived on site for $89 to clear your line special. Upon arrival client stated his entire home was not backed up but some drains were slow. Upon inspection in the basement there multiple things wrong and leaking in the basement. Clients trap for the shower drain was leaking as it has an hole in it after client went to grab it and a few galvanized fittings underneath it were leaking as well. The washing machine does not have a trap and drains through a plastic tube going across the basement into the main. Same thing is done for the dishwasher. There is a small section of galvanized water line that I left estimates for to replace and his main water valve is very old as well. There is also an accordion style tailpiece under the lav sink that ties into galvanized piping that is also leaking behind the wall. Left options to either replace what’s leaking or to bring everything up to code that I saw wrong in the basement, bathroom , and kitchen sink. Client stated he was not made aware of the
