Arrived to the home, we had recently installed new tubular drain piping for the client, we arrived today due to a leak under the kitchen sink. At first glance, I could not see any leaks. I first started to run the faucet and dishwasher, and I can not recreate any leak. I next checked the Ro system and everything seem to working fine. I removed a shelf on the right side of the cabinet that the client uses for storage, and I discovered and active leak coming from the shut off valve and the wood under it is completely saturated. I called the client in and showed them the active leak. The two other valves on the hot side are not leaking at this time, but show signs of corrosion. I provided options for replacement of just the leaking valve or replacement of all the valves, client would like to replace all the valve under the kitchen sink. Turned off the water to the home. Drained down the system. Cut out and removed existing shut off valves from the home. Supplied and installed new straigh
