Arrived on site and client stated that her toilet has been leaking at the base since Thanksgiving. Upon inspection client has a skirted toilet and they are on a slab. Checked for main line line blockage and there does not appear to be one. Left options to pull and reset the current skirted toilet or to add a new toilet. Unsure if flange is damaged or not but left options to show client what the cost would be in case that needed to be done. We will credit back the Visual diagnostic fee if client calls back to perform work.
