Job Checkin

Arrived to the home, client states they had flushed their toilet paper roll holder down the toilet. I provided options to the client and advised them to have me first try to auger it. I was unsuccessful in doing so, i then pulled the toilet. After placing the toilet on its side, I could see the holder stuck in the trap way. I next snaked from the base through the opening of the toilet. In doing so, I was able to remove the holder. I then supplied and installed new wax seal, Johnny bolts, and supply line. I secured the toilet to the flange and flushed the toilet to check for leaks, there are no leaks at this time. *The flooring in the bathroom is in very poor shape, the toilet still has a slight rock to it but is not leaking at this time, client is aware.
