Upon arrival customer explained that the shower handles in both bathrooms were seizing up and very hard to turn. Customer also explained that he was interested in some form of water filtration. After testing the shower handles we recommend replacing the cartridges to restore shower to proper function. My Guy Contacted our Speakman rep to locate and order necessary cartridges. Once My Guy locates cartridges we will then be able to provide estimates for replacement. When this occurs we will reach out to customer to be put on schedule. Due to interest in water filtration we would like to send out our water filtration specialist.
