We had recently installed a new basket strainer under the kitchen sink, we arrived today due to the client stating there is a leak coming from it. I ran the faucet and discovered that the leak is not from the strainer but from the connection to the flanged tailpiece. I installed a new top hat washer and pressure tested the sink 3 times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
