Arrived on site client stated that when using the upstairs bathroom the toilet on the first floor would overflow. There is a cleanout downstairs and when I opened it it started to drip. Checked the cleanout outside and it was filled with sewage. Told client that she should have a septic company out first to check if it needs to be pumped out before we attempt to snake. Will credit the 59 towards work if it needs to be snaked.
