Job Checkin

We had recently pulled a permit for an existing laundry sink with a pump in the basement for our client, as per our drawing, we had failed inspection due to there not being a full service ball valve on the discharge and the vent not being connected back to be above the existing sink. Also the condensate piping for the furnace and water heater were to short. Supplied and installed new full service ball valve for the pump. Supplied and installed new pvc pipe and fittings to make the vent correct. Supplied and installed new vinyl tubing for both furnace and water heater and strapped the tubing. Secured my connections and ran water to check for leaks on the sink. There are no leaks at this time. *While on site, client ask if I could attempt to tighten down their existing widespread lav faucet due to it being loose. I attempted to tighten it but the connection will not secure properly due to the gasket being warped. Advised client to replace the faucet.
