Arrived to the home, client states a leak from upstairs to the downstairs bathroom on the first floor. When I came in, the client stated that when they shut off the water to the toilet in the master bathroom and the leak had stopped. I discovered that the toilet had been recently rebuilt with new fill valve and flapper, but the supply line was reused and is steadily dripping from down below. The valve for the toilet is working but has a lot of corrosion due to the leak. I provided options for the client and they would like to just replace the supply line e at this time. Turned off valve to toilet. Disconnected And removed existing supply line. Supply line and installed new supply line. Secured my connection and check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Client is aware that MyGuy Plumbing cannot provide any warranty for other components on the toilet.
