Disconnected and removed existing toilet from the home. Cleaned surface of the floor. Supplied and installed new wax seal, Johnny bolts, and supply line. Supplied and install new American Standard Cadet Pro toilet. Secured toilet to the existing flange. Secured all my connections and turned the water on. Flushed toilet numerous times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Offered discount for toilet due to the water main being located directly behind the water heater with no access to it. There is a meter pit outside but that is not accessible at this time either due to snow and ice. I was unable to replace the shut off valve for the toilet. I will leave an estimate to to cut a hole on the other side of the water heater and installed a new shut off valve for the home with an access panel. *The apron of the old toilet does not match the new apron and whatever was used to caulk the old toilet had stained the flooring. Client is aware and understands.
