Arrived to the home due to an active leak under the trailer and the client has the water main off at this time. I first went under the trailer to try and pinpoint the leak. From the floor to the top of the beam in approximately 9in tall and there is no accessibility to get to any piping under the trailer from the outside. Only logical conclusion I can think of is to cut open the flooring to access the piping. I was able to somewhat pinpoint the location of the break, it appears to be in between the dining room and the bathroom. I advised to the client to have a contractor to come out and cut the flooring open and call us back to make the appropriate repairs. If client calls us back to make the repairs we will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the repair.
