Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak and frozen pipes. Upon inspection found that the water services comes up out of the ground outside of the home and the heat tape is no longer working. Recommend customer gets heat tape or some sort of enclosure so this issue does not happen again. Gave options to thaw out pipes. Thawed pit piping and then located leak underneath bathtub two polybutylene lines that have pinholes in them. Repaired with sharkbite couplings but cannot warranty work due to piping being polybutylene. Tested all work and everything appear to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Customer wanted to replace faucet but found that the sink was made of plastic and cracked all over and I am concerned that we will damage the sink even more and will not be able to install the faucet. Recommend replacing entire sink and faucet and we will install shut off valves as a courtesy.
