Arrived on site client stated their hose bib kept on dripping even when in the off position. Upon inspection in the basement client also has a gate valve for the shutoff the does not work. Left options to replace hose bib and shutoff valve and client would like to move forward today. After replacing both hose bib and shutoff valve for the hose bib I turned the water on to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
