Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was clogged and thinks it could be the disposal. Upon inspection there’s does not appear to be any food or debris in the disposal once I was able to get all of the water out. Clog appeared to be pass the disposal and somewhere in the kitchen line. Due to there being no space under the sink and the trap underneath the sink being glued together I felt it was best to snake the kitchen line in the crawlspace. Client does not have a cleanout so left prices to cut the drain and add a cleanout as well. At this time client does not want to move forward. Waived the Visual diagnostic for today’s visit.
