Performed annual inspection and found 1. Water heater venting is leaking recommend having a chimney company to come out inspect and or replace 2. Toilet shut off valve is seized in basement 3. All shut off valves on first floor are seized 4. First floor faucet is leaking from handle and both handles are stiff to turn 5. Missing stoppers in sinks 6. Interested in replacement on water heater Gave options and customer is not interesting in performing any work at this time they are going to be remodeling the bathrooms. He will need some time to make a decision on the water heater he would like to have installed. Cleaned boiler burner and housing, shut off and drained down hose spigot.
