Arrived to home and water was off. Broken line was behind tile of jacuzzi tub. Customer had grate removed and I immediately saw break in line. I turned off isolation valves to see if there were other breaks. There was not. Customer does not use the tub. He will be calling to move forward when he is ready to. Options I gave were to cut and remove tile to make the repair which we are not responsible for putting back or if it’s breaks. Collected 59 and will credit
