Arrived to the home, customer has a bathroom faucet that they want installed correctly, new valves under bathroom sink and kitchen sink, lastly a customer supplied kitchen faucet installed. After speaking to the customer they advised me that they are actually a tenant, not the landlord of the home. I expressed to the client that I will need the landlord’s permission to perform any work quoted. Customer had asked for a ball park figure for the work to be completed, and have declined the service for today. Waived 59$ fee for today.
