Tub waste and overflow Arrived to home for leak in crawl. Upon inspection found that tub waste and over flow was leaking. Recommend replacement. Also noticed previous signs of leaking on shower strainer as well. Incoming pressure to home is 76 psi. Explained why high pressure can cause wear and tear on plumbing in the home. Gave options. MyGuy supplied and installed new tub waste and overflow in plastic and adapted to copper using no hub and also replaced trap. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
