Arrived to the home, client would like us to winterize their bungalow, client lives up north out of our service region. Accessed meter pit outside the home. Drained down the system first. Attached air compressor to hose Bibb outside and pressurized the entire system. Blew out all water in the pipes for each unit. With the system now winterized, I poured antifreeze in all toilets and traps throughout the bungalow. Blew out all water out of water heater and shut down the unit as well. Left all fixtures open and the home is now winterized. *This cost is a guarantee that the pipes are going to be okay for the winter season. In the event of a freeze break for any reason, MyGuy Plumbing will warranty the breaks when the home needs to be turned back on.
