Arrived on site to install new tub stopper for bath tub. After installing new tub stopper we noticed that the linkage for the Kohler setup for the tub is broken. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to install a new tub waste and overflow supply by MyGuy. Or to call Kohler and get the right parts for the current tub waste and overflow they have now. MyGuy plumbing emailed over both options to customer. Customer will call us when they decide which option they would like to move forward with
