Arrived to the home, client states that a pipe burst in the crawlspace resulting in the crawlspace getting filled with water. The water main located at the street is turned off at this time. I went into the crawlspace to verify, and all the accessible valves in the crawlspace are open meaning the curb shut off is off. There is about 2ft of ice at the curb and trying to find the curb shut off would be extremely difficult at this time. I will call the client to let them know to get back on the schedule once the ice has melted. No 59$
