Arrived on site customer reported that toilet was rocking. After inspecting, we found that the sub floor is not in good condition. As a courtesy, MyGuy plumbing pulled and reset the toilet, and put shims in an and re-caulked toilet. There is still a slight movement due to the floor. MyGuy plumbing recommends getting a floor company out to rectify floor issue. As of right now everything is working as should. No issues
