Perform system diagnostic on 2002 comfort maker Heater. Upon arrival client stated that fan continuously runs and no cold air comes out. Started off at condenser and found no 24 V was present at contactor. Found no voltage present at thermostat either. Made our way to the attic To investigate the furnace and found that the inducer motor for the heating side of the system and indoor blower motor were turning on simultaneously every single time the system has power present. Isolated all thermostat wires and condenser wires and system does the same exact thing with inducer motor running and indoor fan motor at same exact time even with no call these components. This leads me to believe that the circuitboard is Defective. New circuit board needs to be ordered for A/C to even turn on. Presented client repair options for circuitboard And he does not authorize a board to be ordered. Ultimately will be setting up for a supervisor to return and go over long-term solutions regarding the system.
