No cooling, water leaking from attic -Technician repaired first unit, secondary motor control and fan motor needed to be replaced, system is working properly -Second unit, the condenser fan motor was in very rough condition -Fan motor was replaced, system I functioning properly now -There was a water leak from the the coil in the attic -The drain pain has a switch on the side that was not fastened, so water was leaking out of the port -I tightened the switch to the drain pan and put caulking around it -I also blew out both condensate lines -I opened up the coil and found a few chunks of ice, this is a tell tale sign the system is low on refrigerant -I gauged up and found the refrigerant levels low and needed a few lbs of 410a -Client is aware there is a leak in the system so we added a dye kit to try and find the leak -All systems are currently cooling
