Performed diagnostic. Upon arrival, homeowner stated that the system has a refrigerant Leak and he wants a price on replacing the evaporator coil. Another company was out here last year and they recharged the system. They told him that the leak was in the evaporator coil and he wants a price on replacing it because system leaked out again. I performed visual inspection of evap coil. Could not find any signs of oil or refrigerant. Explained to homeowner that a system can leak out of other places, and explained the different processes that we go through in order to properly determine where a leak is and what needs to be repaired. Homeowner understands this but he wants to replace evaporator coil. Gave estimate on evap coil replacement. Homeowner wants it emailed over to him. **customer was refusing to pay $39 diagnostic fee. He said it was supposed to be a free estimate. Office confirmed that he was quoted $39. Homeowner paid with check.
