Arrived on site to perform fall tun up on 2 2014 Maytag system. Units located in attic and other in garage. Client stated no issues just that the line set foam was coming off and would like to taken care off. Advised her I would take care of her today and retape line set with U.V tape to prevent foam from deteriorating more. Found both filters really dirty and replaced today. Recommend replacing more often as 3 months is rated for filters to reduce amount of dirt entering system. Both Blower assembly is good slight dirt accumulating due to having dirt filters in still and lack of changing them out as needed. Both systems amp drawls are good. Evaporator coils are both good just slight debris but good at this time. Temperature rise was good on both systems and heating. No protection on either units. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Washed both outside condenser inside and out to prevent air flow restrictions in system. Both units were washed and cleaned. Checked electrical compa
