Troubleshooting and testing of two systems with low voltage faults. The first floor system had a burnt low voltage fuse, after isolating the short I found that it was coming from the outdoor unit. New brackets were installed to protect the line set covers in the warehouse and these were pinching the low voltage wire. I spliced a new low voltage wire into the line and replaced the low voltage fuse. Additionally the second floor system thermostat is not working. The thermostat has voltage but after removing the cover it looked like the wires were broken and over tightened. This will need to be repaired on another visit when the stairways are clear. *palet rack protection pinched the wiring*
