Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2015 lennox unit. Client stated no issues. She said we service her rental home and wanted up to come and service her home. Cycled unit in cooling. Condenser coil in back yard. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Washed out condenser coil inside and out. Client stated she hasn’t did maintenance since system was installed. Checked electrical compartment and components. Primary starter is worn out from normal operation and use. Contact points are bit burnt up due to operation. Secondary motor control is good and in range. Fan motor is good at this time. Start ups on compressor are high and recommended adding a compressor booster kit to help prevent hard start up and prolong unit. Checked pressure and are good and cooling. No protection outside. Inspected indoor unit. Replaced filter. Blower assembly is accumulating dust due to lack of filter change out and maintenance. Motor is good and amps are good. Drain lines is clear. Found
