Performed AC maintenance on one and a half year old system. Checked and tightened electrical components. I inspected safety mechanisms on unit. System has flood protection and was venting properly. Blower wheel is balanced and free of dust. Inspected capacitor it is within range. Cleaned outdoor condenser coils and remove debris from bottom of unit. System is cooling at a 20° split. Filter was dirty and was changed at today’s visit customer supplies filter. Inspected condensate line condensate line is clear and free of debris. I system is cooling and operational upon departure.
