Performed diagnostic on 2005 systems. Owner states We have been maintaining these units and have done a good amount of work to these Units. Cycled systems for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Both systems secondary motor control and primary motor control are in good condition and in range. Fan motors are both units are over amping and leaking oil. Main system fan motor is a little worse than the bedroom systems. Pulled condenser motors on both units and thoroughly washed out condenser coils inside and out. Refrigerant levels are in range. Left filters with homeowner as he preferred me not to come inside the home. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
