Arrived on site to perform maintenance on 3 year old Lennox system. Cycled system for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws for compressor and condenser fan motor are within range. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is within range. Pulled off condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Condenser was fairly dirty with dust and debris, but is completely clean now. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Per homeowner request, he would like his visits split up, and would like us to come back to perform furnace maintenance before the next winter season. Advised I would notify office to make the changes. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
