Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2012 Lennox unit. Comedy located in back yard. Client stated no issues just wanted service and filter replaced. Cycled unit and operational. Inspected electrical compartment components. Found secondary motor control is weak and out of range. Recommend replacing at minimum to keep system operational. Fan motor was good and no oil at this time. Fan Moore is pulling 1.3 amps and max rated at 1.7 advised maybe reason why secondary is weak on fan side. Start up amps on compressor were in range but recommend adding a compressor booster kit to preserve compressor and prevent hard start up on unit. Run amps is pulling 8 amps and max rated at 16. Checked pressure and are good and cooling home at 20 degrees. No protection on unit. Cycled system. Inspected indoor unit. Found filter extremely clogged up blower assembly has slight dust due to dirt entered system in past. Drain lines are good and advised to keep on top of filter. Found purifying system
