Arrived on site to diagnose a not working thermostat. Client stated she just moved into home and unit is 2 years old. Spoke to client and she stated she just wanted to replace thermostat with the Honeywell thermostat she bought as she wanted more simple and ways to use. Advised client if we install no warranty would come with work as we did not supply thermostat. Client wanted to go forward with installing new thermostat and cycled and unit is operational and cooling home now. Registered and set up thermostat to be operational. Cycled both bit and is operational upon departure. Client did declined maintenance plan as she dose have home warranty and will have them take care of any issues
