Performed maintenance on a 2005 Bryant condenser. Customer just bought the house and has not moved in yet. System turns on ok. Filters are ok at this time. Outdoor unit was chemically washed. Electrical components were measured and tested. Fan motor is amping high. Indoor unit was inspected. Duct runs and condensate lines are clear. Start motor for primary blower is out of range and was replaced today. Blower motor is leaking oil. Homeowner was briefed on the condition and system is operational.
