Performed AC MAINTENANCE ON 2 year old Lennox unit. Met with grandson, homeowner is out on vacation. Cycled system for cooling. Ran system through 20 point inspection checklist. Replaced filter with grandson approval to charge card on file. Pulled outdoor condenser motor and thoroughly and completely clean out condenser coil inside and out. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
