Upon arrival performed spring maintenance. Indoor motor is in very good condition. Blower wheel very clean. Replaced 14x25 filter. Refrigerant levels in very good standing. Temp splits very good. Amperages throughout system very good. Recommend adding surge protections to keep circuit board and electrical components in healthy standards. Indoor system was dusted off making sure there is no dust on terminals or circuit board. Outdoor system was washed off, made sure coils were clean and in very good condition.
