Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 Ac units. A 2019 lennox unit and a 2006 air strong unit condenser located on side of home. Furnace and Evaporator coils are located in attic. Client stated he wants service and cleaning. Washed both condenser coils inside and out. Older unit was hammered of leaves. Primary were both good. Secondary motor control ok older unit is bad and out of range recommended replacing. Before completely fails. Amp draws on compressor and fan motor were good on new unit. Older unit start up amps were above range from self wear. Run amps are in range. Recommend adding a compressor booster kit to help reduce high amps. Fan amps are at Max and motor has been leaking oil from over working in past years motor is not spinning as freely as it should and could fail. Older unit is in R-22 and is no longer around. Inspec Both indoor units. Both filter were dirty and client supplies his own filters going forward. Blower assembly were both dirty and need cleaning
