Arrived on site to perform spring tune up. Client stated no issues. Condenser in back yard. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in closet. Washed condenser inside and out. Checked all electrical compartment and components. Primary starter is showing wear as its slight Burt up on putting. Secondary motor control is good in range. Fan motor is good and in range of amps. Start up on compressor is in range but really high as it’s pulling 62 and Max rated at 67. Recommend adding a compromise booster kit to reduce high and hard start up to prolong life of compressor and help it start up easier. Run amps are good and in range. System is cooling home at 19 degrees. No protection on unit. Recommend adding a surge protector on unit to protect it from getting damaged from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components. Filter was supplied by client and replaced and was really dirty. Blower assembly is dirty from the amount of the dirt that has ent
