Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2020 lennox unit. Client stated no issues. Unit is working good and operational. Cycled heating and cooling. Heater was good and operational. Filter was dirty and advised to replace and do so every 3 months. Inducer motor and blower motor are both good. Blower assembly is good. All safety switches are operational. Temperature rise is good. Cycled Ac.condenser is outside. Washed and cleaned condenser coil inside and out. Primary and secondary motor controls are both good. Fan motor is good and operational in range. Run amps and start up amps are in range. Checked pressure and are good and in range and cooling hose at 18 degrees. Unit is cooling home good. Went over all findings and how unit sis running. Went over we all go do with client and client did renew ESA. System is operational and cooling upon departure.
