Performed a Summer tune up for both systems. Downstairs AC was working great, refrigerant levels were good, capacitor was good, and all amperages draws were within range. The startup amperage draw was a bit high so a hard start kit was recommended to ease the rough startup. Upstairs ac was working good however the refrigerant levels were a bit low. It was recommended that we add refrigerant to get the system to peak performance. We also recommended a hard start kit for this unit as well because of the high amp draw upon start up. The blower motor for both units were dirty and a cleaning was recommended to make the quality of air cleaner in the house.
