Luke was really nice. He came prepared with 2 ladders which he ended up using because the roof access was higher than he expected. He analyzed the issue and came down to explain what my options were. I’m not aware of HVAC pricing so I trusted that he gave me a good deal. I asked if he can fix it and fortunately he said yes. It didn’t take him long to fix it so I was more than impressed with his skills and service. I had a couple concerns with my appt. Luke left the opening to the roof access completely filthy. It had tons of black marks on it so I had to clean that when he left which I was pretty disappointed about because when he arrived, I shared with him that our home was for sale so I was hoping he could get the AC working. I wasn’t expecting to have to clean once he left. Another thing was that he knocked rather than ringing the doorbell. I live in a 3 story home so if I wouldn’t have heard his knock, I’m not sure if he would have left. The last thing was that he didn’t have the air filters I needed. I had to ask for someone to come out and change my filters. Tyler arrived a few days later and took care of it. Tyler was awesome. Overall I’m satisfied with the service.
