Upon arrival performed diagnostic, client just wanted to check system make sure it’s not going bad. Found condenser fan motor to be running at max Amps. Secondary motor control is in range. Primary starter is pitted and burned at contacts. Return is very dirty with dog hair. Blower wheel is extremely dirty. Secondary control in range. Filter was clean. Client declined any repairs, says it is to expensive, she is a 93 year old, and would like to just leave system the way it is. Signed client up for membership.
