Arrived on site to diagnose down flow unit not lighting up for heat. Client had full system replaced by synergy she stated. Upon arrival she said the pilot would not she stated it just needed to be lit up. Advised her I would need to look first to be able to diagnose unit. Unit fan would also not shut off. Client would shut off main 120v the the light switch that was in closet to shut unit off as fan would run non stop. Advised her that’s not good and showed her the right switch to use to shut off unit. So found that unit was not operational or operating properly so client is aware of before we start to diagnose unit. Client is aware. Advised thesummary of findings are as followed 1. 2017 Down flow unit 2. Found low voltage was not at thermostat and it was powered up only cause it has batteries. 3. Inspected electrical compartment. Found 120. Live and at transformer and to board. Found low 24 voltage being sent to the board. Board was not sending it out to terminals to thermostat.
